By special request from Holden, this holiday season, we made Gingerbread Cookies and a Gingerbread House. This was the first time that I have ever attempted this. The cookies came out great! The house…well it lasted for a few hours and then due to too much icing on the roof, collapsed! Luckily Holden had a great time and enjoyed it even after it fell down.
